My insurance isn’t listed. Can I still work with you? If so, what are your rates?
Most certainly! Unless it’s Medicaid (I don’t work with Medicaid and legally can’t provide services to people with Medicaid if I don’t take Medicaid insurance.)
$150 for the traditional 50-55 min session. At various times there may be room in my caseload for reduced rate sessions. Reduced rates are negotiated before intake and depends on availability and client need.
How many sessions do I need to get better?
There is no one size fits all when it comes to therapy. It depends what you want to work on and how deeply rooted it may be. Rest assured though! It’s not my goal for you to be in therapy the rest of your life. That is not therapy. When we start working together, we will identify your goals and work towards those goals.
